Overview of 2021

In 2021, a lot happened.  In Honduras, we funded pig breeding, coffee and education projects and loved witnessing the enthusiasm of the young people and their families who have got stuck in.  We also provided funds for setting up a community foundation, the Lenca Foundation for Community Development (FUNLEDECOM) as a way to provide a stronger organisational base for the work going forward. 

Similarly, here in Scotland, we applied for and obtained charitable status for the Tgh Sgoile Trust, which opened our horizons about possibilities at our end and motivated us to do some fundraising.  Our main event was the Kiltwalk in March which raised about £10,000. Thanks to everyone who donated funds and expressed support!
